Abstract

The invention discloses a primer group for PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification of a macrobrachium rosenbergii sex chromosome fragment. The primer group comprises at least one of a first primer pair as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1-2, a second primer pair as shown in SEQ ID NO. 3-4 and a third primer pair as shown in SEQ ID NO. 5-6. The primer group can be used for effectively amplifying specific fragments, the sex of the macrobrachium rosenbergii can be effectively identified according to the fragments, even, male, female and superfemale genotypes can be distinguished, and help is provided for cross breeding and genetic typing of the macrobrachium rosenbergii.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of molecular identification of sex chromosomes of Macrobrachium rosenbergii, and in particular to a primer set, a kit, a identification method and an application for identifying the sex of Macrobrachium rosenbergii. Background technique [0002] Macrobrachium rosenbergii (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) is a large freshwater prawn belonging to the genus Macrobrachium rosenbergii in the family Arthropoda. As an important economical shrimp, it is widely distributed in South and Southeast Asia and the Western Pacific. There are significant differences in growth and development rates between male and female individuals. After sexual maturity, male individuals are significantly larger than female individuals, and the economic effect is higher. Breeding an all-male population of Macrobrachium rosenbergii is an effective strategy to increase yield. Moreover, the yield of monosexual breeding is higher than th...
