tocopherol are fed to female breeding frogs and male breeding frogs of the

sexual maturity. Practical breeding and oviposition experiment
verification shows that when 0.6-0.8 g of
tocopherol is added into each 1g of feed for
mixed feeding of the paphiophyllum nigromaculatum in the sexual development stage, the
sexual maturity time can be remarkably shortened by 14.3% compared with that of a group without addition, the
sexual maturity of the paphiophyllum nigromaculatum is promoted by adding the
tocopherol preparation, and the sexual maturity rate of the paphiophyllum nigromaculatum is improved. According to the method, the
hormone mixed liquid is injected into the
abdominal cavity to induce spawning, the spawning success rate is increased, fertilized eggs are obtained, the method is effective and feasible, and compared with a traditional breeding spawning method, the method has remarkable advantages and can be applied to actual production research.
