The display module comprises a display panel; a heat conduction layer which is located on the backlight side of the display panel; a heat dissipation structure layer which is located on the side, away from the display panel, of the heat conduction layer; a bendable part which is connected with the display panel, wherein the surface of the bendable part is connected with at least one integrated circuit chip in a binding mode, the heat dissipation structure layer is provided with a heat conduction groove, the bendable part bends towards the back side of the display module, and at least one integrated circuit chip is embedded into the heat conduction groove.
