The method comprises the following steps: estimating a carrier frequency offset of a signal by calculating a difference result of adjacent repeated symbols in a signal lead code; carrier phase offset is solved by calculating a conjugate product result of a received signal lead code and a local ideal signal lead code, so that carrier synchronization is realized; segmenting the signal frame according to a single symbol, and aligning the IQ signals; normalizing the energy of each symbol; respectively calculating a cyclic correlation function of each symbol and a local reference symbol by using a cyclic shift characteristic; the cyclic correlation functions are integrated, and a cross-power spectrum is solved through Fourier transform; and summing and averaging cross-power spectrum results of all symbols of one frame of signal to obtain a radio frequency fingerprint.
