The method comprises the following steps that: a container scheduling node monitors the load of incompressible resources of each container node; each container node is provided with at least one container through the container cluster management system; when the container scheduling node determines that a container node of which the load reaches a load threshold exists, determining a to-be-migrated container according to the use state of each container in the container node of which the load reaches the load threshold; and the container scheduling node sends a migration instruction to the container cluster management system, wherein the migration instruction is used for indicating the container cluster management system to migrate the to-be-migrated container.
