Abstract

The invention discloses a verification device and method of a DNA biosensor for water pollution detection, the verification device comprises a fluorescence spectrometer, a solution tank, a controller and a reference signal memory, the fluorescence spectrometer and the DNA biosensor are both connected with the controller, the DNA biosensor is arranged in the solution tank, and the reference signal memory is connected with the controller. The fluorescence spectrometer is used for collecting fluorescence signals emitted after detection of the DNA biosensor, the reference signal memory is connected to the controller, and stable fluorescence intensities corresponding to different pathogenic microorganisms in the water pollution solution are stored in the reference signal memory. According to the invention, the working state of the DNA biosensor is verified by comparing the light intensity of the detection signal with the light intensity of the reference signal, so that the test accuracy is ensured.
