Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-generation rejuvenation cultivation method for seed balls of Casablanca of Lilium which comprises, leaving 15-25cm of stalk and 10-12 leaves during each round of flower clippings, then sterilizing the base material, watering and applying fertilizer, cultivating the seed balls for one month so as to achieve the robust recovery of the seed balls, collecting flowers in winter for the first and third round flowers, carrying out refrigerating treatment to the seed balls undergone robust recovery by utilizing natural low-temperature, cooling down gradually, then elevating the temperature gradually after one month so as to defreeze the base material and enter the normal management. Subjecting the robust recovered seed balls harvested in the second round of flowers to sorting, disinfecting, packaging and refrigerating treatment for 10-12 weeks at the temperature of -1.5+-0.5 deg. C, then proceeding warehouse-out cultivation. The method provided by the invention can uniform the quality of flowers collected from different rounds.
