Embodiment 1

[0011] The oriental lily bulbs of the first batch of flowers were sown in the greenhouse in late July, and were cultivated with substrate (substrate formula peat: river sand: cow dung: flax stalk was 6: 1.5: 1.5: 1), according to the known oriental lily fresh Cut flower greenhouse cultivation management technology operation, harvest fresh cut flowers in early and mid-November. The quality of 95% of the cut flowers reaches the national standard of first-class flowers, and the height of the stem is 15cm and the leaves are 10 to 12 pieces when cutting the flowers. After picking flowers, use carbendazim mixed with isofenphos-methyl to disinfect the substrate, and water and fertilize. Carry out a month of bulb cultivation to rejuvenate the bulbs. Then the temperature of the greenhouse is gradually lowered. After 10 days, the temperature in the greenhouse is reduced to -4°C, the cultivation substrate is frozen to a depth of 3 cm, the temperature of the substrate around the bulbs is...

Embodiment 2

[0016] Repeat Example 1, with the following differences: the oriental lily bulbs of the first crop of flowers are sown in the greenhouse in mid-August, and fresh cut flowers are harvested in mid-to-late December. 96% of the cut flowers meet the national standard first-class flowers.

[0017] The second batch of fresh cut flowers is harvested in mid-to-late June. 91% of the cut flowers meet the national standard first-class flowers. The bulbs were dug up in late July; they were processed in cold storage for 10 weeks.

[0018] The third crop of flower bulbs was sown in mid-October. Fresh cut flowers were harvested in the middle and late February of the following year, and 88% of the cut flowers reached the national standard first-class flowers.

[0019] The fourth round of flowers was harvested from late July to early August, and 85% of the cut flowers reached the national standard first-class flowers.

Embodiment 3

[0021] Repeat Example 1, with the following differences: the oriental lily bulbs of the first crop of flowers are sown in mid-September, and the fresh cut flowers are harvested in the middle and late January of the following year, and 94% of the cut flowers reach the national standard first-class flower.

[0022] The second batch of fresh cut flowers was harvested in the middle and late July, and 89% of the cut flowers reached the national standard first-class flowers. The bulbs were dug out in late August. Refrigerate for 10 weeks at cold processing rates.

[0023] The third round of flower bulbs was sown in mid-to-late November, and fresh cut flowers were harvested in mid-to-late March of the following year. 86% of the cut flowers reached the national standard first-class flowers.

[0024] The fourth round of flowers was harvested in the middle and late August, and 84% of the cut flowers reached the national standard first-class flowers.

Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-generation rejuvenation cultivation method for seed balls of Casablanca of Lilium which comprises, leaving 15-25cm of stalk and 10-12 leaves during each round of flower clippings, then sterilizing the base material, watering and applying fertilizer, cultivating the seed balls for one month so as to achieve the robust recovery of the seed balls, collecting flowers in winter for the first and third round flowers, carrying out refrigerating treatment to the seed balls undergone robust recovery by utilizing natural low-temperature, cooling down gradually, then elevating the temperature gradually after one month so as to defreeze the base material and enter the normal management. Subjecting the robust recovered seed balls harvested in the second round of flowers to sorting, disinfecting, packaging and refrigerating treatment for 10-12 weeks at the temperature of -1.5+-0.5 deg. C, then proceeding warehouse-out cultivation. The method provided by the invention can uniform the quality of flowers collected from different rounds.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a multi-generation rejuvenation cultivation method for oriental lily bulbs. Background technique: [0002] my country's production of oriental lily fresh-cut flowers has been produced for a short period of time, only a decade or so. Oriental lily bulbs are purchased from abroad, and currently about 100 million bulbs need to be imported every year. The fresh cut flower production technology of oriental lily bulbs is still according to foreign methods so far, and it is used to produce a crop of cut flowers and then discarded. Cause production cost is higher, make bulb supply be subject to foreign supplier completely again. Some enterprises and scientific and technological units in the main production areas of oriental lily fresh-cut flowers in China are also experimenting with the multi-crop use technology of oriental lily bulbs. But do not see so far the bibliographical report and the patent announcement about using oriental...
