GGSN creates corresponding service information and selects route as well as sends service and information of service to relevant data service server according to route table. The invention also relates to method for implementing route based on charging type for service. Software at client and determines charging type and sets up APN parameter. Through APN parameter, SGSN routes service to GGSN of counting / not counting flux. GGSN generates first or second service information, and sends the information to BOSS charging system. The invention meets needs of different service attributes and does not need to reconstruct mobile communication network in large scale. Advantages are: coexistence between content charging and flux charging without interference, reduced workload for BOSS system, and preventing GGSN from recording redundant data.
