The authorization central system is in use for authorization center i.e. advertising agent with advertising (ad) managerial authority to grant agency company, to check ad program files provided by agency, and to monitor transmission, issuance, and playing of ad program files. Agency system is in use for agency company to prepare ad program files, hand over to examine, and arrange issuance, and distribute the files to networked vehicles. Networked vehicles are in use for playing back the ad program files; but validation by authorization central system is needed for stating up the ad program files. The invention divides corresponding authorities between advertising agent with ad managerial authority andagency companies so as to guarantee operations of vehicle networked video playing back system carry out normally in order.
