Benefits of technology

The patent text describes a cosmetic warming device that is designed to be made from affordable and durable materials. The technical effect of this invention is to provide a practical and reliable way to warm cosmetics using a portable device that is easy to assemble and maintain.

Problems solved by technology

Thus, Boudreaux discloses a cosmetic warming device, but fails to disclose a cosmetic warming device adapted to warm several cosmetic products simultaneously by means of electric heating elements disposed within the housing.
Thus, Fraker fails to disclose a cosmetic warming device having an interior volume in which a tube of mascara or similar product can be positioned, and instead discloses a receptacle in which a liquid can be positioned for heating.
Thus, Bouix et al. discloses a heating applicator, and does not disclose a housing in which cosmetics can be positioned for heating.
Bouix et al. requires a user to use a specific applicator device in order to heat a cosmetic, and does not allow a user to simultaneously heat several cosmetic products.
Clay does not disclose a container adapted to warm a cosmetic placed therein.
The devices in the prior art relate to cosmetic warming devices, but do not allow a user to place multiple tubes of mascara or other cosmetics therein.
Such devices cannot be used to simultaneously heat various cosmetics, and require a user to use a specific applicator in order to use the heated cosmetic product.
