Embodiment Construction

[0030]Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the cordless curtain 10 of the present invention comprises a fabric 11 having a top end 12 and a bottom end 13, wherein the top end 12 is connected to a top rail 40, and an operation unit 30 is connected to the lower portion of the fabric 11 and located close to the bottom end 13.

[0031]Multiple magnet units 20 are connected to the fabric 11, wherein each magnet unit 20 has a box 21, multiple magnets 24 and a decoration piece 25. The box 21 is a metal box with a bottom wall 221 and multiple sidewalls 23 extending from the multiple sides of the bottom wall 221 so as to form an open side between the bottom wall 221 and the multiple sidewalls 23. The magnets 24 are magnetically attracted to the bottom wall 221 via the open side of the box 21. The decoration piece 25 is connected to the fabric so as to form a passage 251 between the decoration piece 25 and the fabric 11. The box 21 is received in the passage 251. The decoration piece 25 is an elongate pie...

Abstract

A cordless curtain includes a fabric and multiple magnet units are connected to the fabric. Each magnet unit has a box with multiple magnets magnetically attached thereto. Multiple decoration pieces are connected to the fabric to form passages between the decoration pieces and the fabric. Each passage receives one of the boxes therein. An operation unit is connected to the fabric and has a head and a rod. The head is fixed to the box of the lowest box of the fabric. The rod is connected to the head which is connected to the lowest decorative piece. The user uses the rod to fold the fabric to attract the magnet units one by one.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION[0001]1. Fields of the Invention[0002]The present invention relates to a cordless curtain, and more particularly, to a cordless curtain operated by equal-shaped magnets attached to the fabric.[0003]2. Descriptions of Related Art[0004]One of the conventional cordless curtain is disclosed in applicant's former U.S. Pat. No. 7,150,304 which discloses multiple magnets connected to the fabric so that when the curtain is folded, the user folds the bottom end of the fabric upward to attract the magnets consecutively. When expanding the fabric, the user pulls the bottom end of the fabric to detach the magnets one by one. No cord needed.[0005]However, the magnets have to be connected to the fabric one by one by either melting art or sewing art. This takes a lot of time and the magnets may shift by impact.[0006]An operation rod can be used to fold the fabric, the operation rod is an individual part and can easily get lost.[0007]U.S. Pub. No. 2012 / 0234502 A1 disclose...
