The invention relates to an offshore platform which is characterized in that grooves are formed in the top plane of the upper box of each rectangular unit floater of the offshore platform, four corners of the upper box is provided with arc-shaped grooves, wedge grooves are respectively formed in four planes of the lower box of each rectangular unit floater, the large end of each wedge groove is located at the bottom end of the corresponding plane, a boss is disposed on the bottom plane of the lower box, the four corners of the upper end of the lower box are provided with arc-shaped grooves, the lower portion of the lower box is a plane provided with grooves in the middle and connecting bolts on two sides, a circular hole is formed in each connecting lug, a positioning table is disposed at the end of each connecting lug, connecting bolts are respectively disposed on two sides of each positioning table, the connecting lugs are fixedly mounted on the planes of four corners, the connecting lugs of the four corners of four adjacent unit floaters overlay, and rubber damping inserting bars enter the circular holes of the connecting lugs to connecting adjacent rectangular unit floaters to combine the platform. The offshore platform is reasonable in design, simple in structure, easy to manufacture, low in cost, easy to assemble, convenient to mount, high in connecting strength, reliable in performance, good in weather resistance, and capable of being used as an offshore foundation platform for a long term.
