Application of meptazinol

The invention relates to the field of medicines, and in particular to the application of meptazinol. According to the application of the meptazinol disclosed by the invention, the experiment indicatesthat the meptazinol can achieve the effect of resisting depression through raising the level of Ahi1. Depression resisting model mice are constructed through chronic stress, and then the changes of Ahi1 protein are observed; and the result shows that after 21-day continuous space behavior limit is given to the mice, the depression sample ethology change of the mice is detected through a tail suspension test and a forced swimming test. After the model is successfully constructed, the mice are subjected to intraperitoneal injection according to the dosage of 10mg / kg, physiological saline (NS) is given to the control group, at the same time, space behavior limit is continuously performed each day, the medicine administration time is 12 o'clock at noon and medicine administration is performedfor two weeks continuously; then the depression sample ethology change of the mice is detected by the tail suspension test and the forced swimming test; and then through detection by a Western Blot method, the inventor finds that compared with the Ahi1 protein level of hippocampus of a medicine administration group, the Ahi1 protein level of hippocampus of the depression model mice is notably reduced.
