There is an intake filter, an intake hose, a pump or multiple pumps for water intake and sending water throughout the system, a filtering section that may include sand and / or bag filter or other types of filters, an ozone treatment section after the filters, a holding tank after the ozone section, a UV treatment section after the holding tank, and a chlorination tank. The water may then be sent to a water storage facility or other place as desired. The system includes a generator for power to run the system, and a controller for the system. The ozone section makes use of a misting nozzle in order to increase ozone contact time, and decrease ozone breakdown. The UV section makes use of a slightly downward tilted table with UV bulbs and reflectors above it, and preferably is mounted on a leveling system. A method of treating water uses the mobile system.

This invention relates to a system for efficiently transporting large quantities of initially loose pieces of irregularly shaped scrap sheet metal by temporarily compressing batches of such pieces together into unitary slabs and then forming stacks of numerous slabs, arranged in closely fitted rows within open-top railroad cars or truck trailers. Each slab is formed by ramming a batch of pieces against a vertical plate so that the slab is generally vertically arranged. The slab is then allowed to gravity-fall upon a downwardly tilted table. A second slab is formed and similarly allowed to fall on the table in end-to-end contact with the first slab. The table is then tilted into a horizontal position. A horizontal magnet is positioned to overlap and engage both slabs simultaneously. The magnet is supported by a crane which lifts and moves the magnet over the open-top railroad car or truck and deposits the pair of slabs into an adjacent pair of stacks. The successive stacks are arranged in closely positioned rows for substantially filling the car or trailer which then transports the slabs to a recycling location.

The invention provides a novel silicon carbide (SiC) small-angle tilting table terminal structure applicable to SiC large-sized high-voltage device terminal structures and a preparation method thereof. Such high-voltage devices include SiC GTO, SiC PiN and other SiC devices that adopt the small-angle tilting table terminal structure; and an etching technology of the invention uses an AZ4620 thickphotoresist as a mask mode and achieves uniform reflux of the large-area photoresist, and based on different reflux conditions of the photoresist, a base angle of an etched SiC small-angle tilting table can be between 0 degree and 20 degrees. As different types of devices have different etching depths on the tilting table, the etching technology can be used to prepare a single tilting table etching terminal structure, or can be used for multiple times to form a multi-stage tilting table etching terminal structure. Compared with other multi-table terminal etching scheme processes, the scheme ofthe invention can be significantly simplified, and as the scheme is an ideal slope, the suppression effect of the scheme on the edge field intensity aggregation of the devices is theoretically superior to other approximation schemes.

Automated film pickup and placement method for insulating glass units

A method of automatically mounting a sheet from a cutting table onto a spacer frame of an insulating glass unit begins with identifying a position and orientation of a specified sheet on the cutting table and moving a robotic sheet pickup apparatus to a corresponding position to that identified for the sheet. An edge of the specified sheet is lifted off of the table, beginning with mechanical suction that brings a corner of the sheet to within proximity of a primary vacuum suction of the pickup apparatus. In particular, the pickup apparatus may have a substantially planar platen with a set of channels coupled to a vacuum source. Once the sheet is fully picked up by vacuum suction, the sheet is laid upon a top surface of a tilt table, which can be simply the platen inverted. The table (or platen) is tilted to bring a corner of the sheet to abut against physical fences. Once the position and orientation of the sheet is so known, the sheet is oriented to correspond to a frame, and attached thereto.
