A transect is a path along which one counts and records occurrences of the species of study (e.g. plants). It is less effective than other methods, such as the Belt Transect. It requires an observer to move along a fixed path and to count occurrences along the path and, at the same time (in some procedures), obtain the distance of the object from the path. This results in an estimate of the area covered and an estimate of the way in which detectability increases from probability 0 (far from the path) towards 1 (near the path). Using the raw count and this probability function, one can arrive at an estimate of the actual density of objects.

The invention discloses a photon crystal optical fiber, whose transect includes a fiber core and a cladding. The transect of the solid high-index material may be circular, elliptical shape, square or oblong; the diameter of the circular cross section, the minor axis diameter of the elliptical cross-section, the edge length of the square cross section, and the short edge length of the oblong cross section should be smaller than 400nm. By changing the fiber core structure of the photon crystal optical fiber, the invention uses the narrow slit to limit the light to spread in the nano-scale dimension low refractivity base material, thereby largely decreasing the effective model field area, and causing the photon crystal optical fiber to have ultra-high non-linearity and ultra-low limitation waste. The invention uses a simple and convenient manufacturing structure to resolve the problem in the prior photon crystal optical fiber technique, which is be difficult to implement ultra-high non-linear.

The soil profile is dug at the depth of 100 cm at the position of a fixed transect line for measurement of the resistivity of a slope, undisturbed soil is collected through a ring knife for measuring the soil bulk density, the porosity and the capillary water holding capacity, and a square ring knife is sued for sampling for measuring the content of gravel; soil is taken according to the sequence from 0 cm of the soil layer to 100 cm on the lower layer, and the soil is aired and screened; fine soil is flatly laid in boxes in a layered mode, the boxes are weighed, the soil of all the layers is evenly distributed into the three boxes, and the boxes are numbered and weighed; a multi-electrode resistance instrument method and an initial resistivity conversion imaging system are adopted; water controlling correction is carried out; the relation of the soil resistivity and the gravel volume content is corrected; the relation of the soil resistivity and the soil bulk density is corrected; a calibration relation equation only for the soil water content and the soil resistivity is obtained, and thus the soil water content of a continuous space of the slope is obtained through the soil resistivity. It is convenient to use a multi-electrode resistance instrument for measuring the soil resistivity of the slope of the mountainous area.

The weight of the in-mold inoculation insert can reach 2kg or so; and the in-mold inoculation insert has the advantages of low melting point, short melting time and favorable inoculation effect.
