Image forming device

PendingJP2024166732A5Casings/cabinets/drawers detailsElectrographic process
To provide an image forming device capable of stably ensuring grounding via a hinge mechanism for rotatably fitting a door to a device body.SOLUTION: A hinge plate 41 has a conductive abutment 60. A support plate 51 has a conductive abutted part 70 abbutable against the abutment 60. The abutment 60 and the abutted part 70 abut against each other when a front door 40 is closed, and are separated from each other when the front door 40 is opened. The abutment 60 collides with and abut against the abutted part 70 when the front door 40 is closed. When the abutment 60 abuts against the abutted part 70, the abutted part 70 is elastically deformed to come into contact with the abutment 60 at fixed contact pressure. Specifically, in addition to grounding by contact between the lower end surface of an upper cylindrical part 111 of the support plate 51 affected by application of a load of the front door 40 when the front door 40 is in a closed state and the upper end surface of a lower cylindrical part 112 of the hinge plate 41, grounding is ensured by abutment between the abutment 60 provided in a door side plate part 412 and the abutted part 70 provided in a body side plate part 512.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9

Image forming apparatus

ActiveJP7877696B2Electrographic process
To reduce attachment and detachment resistance in attaching and detaching a cartridge.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 comprises: a main body housing 10; a cartridge (drum cartridge 20); an electric contact CR; and a guide groove G. The cartridge has a memory (toner memory 36), a memory holder 70, and a memory holder cover 80. The memory has an electric contact surface 36A. The memory holder cover 80 holds the memory holder 70 movably in the vertical direction. In a state in which the cartridge is at a mounted position where it is mounted in the main body housing, the electric contact CR is brought into contact with the electric contact surface 36A from above. The guide groove G is located in a side wall on one side in an axial direction of the main body housing 10. The guide groove G has an upper guide surface 100 and a lower guide surface 200. In the state in which the cartridge is at the mounted position, the electric contact surface 36A is parallel to at least part of the upper guide surface 100 and the lower guide surface 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13

Cartridge, and image forming apparatus

PendingEP4769031A1Electrographic processSoftware engineeringImage formation
This application relates to the technical field of image formation, and more particularly to a cartridge (180) and an image forming apparatus. The cartridge comprises a housing (182) and a first rotate member (181), where the first rotate member is disposed on the housing. The cartridge further comprises a first unlock mechanism (110), which is configured to unlock a first drive source so that the first rotate member can engage with the first drive source. According to the first unlock mechanism of the present application, the operating force for installing the cartridge is reduced. It can solve the problem of excessive operating force when the cartridge is loaded into the image forming apparatus, or solve the problem of direct hard impact between the first rotate member and the first drive source caused by excessive operating force. This avoids damage issues of the first rotate member and the first drive source due to the impact, ensures normal connection between the first rotate member and the first drive source, and improves the reliability of the image forming apparatus.
