metal microneedle and a preparation method thereof. The
metal microneedle comprises a
metal base, wherein a plurality of metal needle pillars are arranged on the metal base, and are perpendicular to the metal base; a metal needle tip is arranged at the end part of each metal needle pillar; and the metal base, each metal needle tip and each metal pillar are made of
inert metal, so that the metal microneedle provided by the invention has sufficient
hardness, can effectively pierce a
skin cuticula, is sharp in the needle tips, can pierce a
skin without causing pain, and is low in
skin injury, fast to recover, and favorable for
percutaneous absorption of macromolecules. The preparation method comprises the following steps of selecting a
silicon substrate, manufacturing downward concave
pyramid structures, manufacturing thick rubber electroplated
layers on the downward concave
pyramid structures, evaporating and plating metal conducting
layers and electroplated
layers on the thick rubber electroplated layers to obtain a metal microneedle
graphics layer, and finally removing the
silicon substrate to obtain the metal microneedle. By adopting the preparation method provided by the invention, the metal microneedle can be obtained.
