This CT dynamically regulation method includes steps of: (1) firstly, determining the hue tropism (HT) of single image element (IE) on one frame picture; (2) making statistic of numbers of lean-red / lean-blue IEs of this frame picture; (3) comparing numbers of lean-red / lean-blue IEs of this frame picture to determine HT of this frame; (4) according to the determined HT, regulating CT of BL, i.e. controlling the brightness values of the red / blue LEDs.
