The disclosed method for managing dynamic groups in digital cluster system includes following steps: (1) appointing one or more members as administrators of the groups in user database of the cluster, and assigning authorization for managing groups to administrators; (2) through terminal, administrators send management request of groups to the cluster dispatch server (CDS), as well as appoint number of group going to take operation and number of the group member; (3) after determining the legal message, CDS forwards the management request to cluster home register (CHR); after successful authorization, CHR returns response of successful group management back to CDS; (4) sending the response of successful group management to terminal of administrators of the groups, CDS carries out dynamic groups management for relevant groups.
