The invention discloses a method for remote regulation of an image parameter of a conference video terminal, which sets a command for regulating an image parameter inside an H.281 protocol and includes: the image regulation parameter of the conference video terminal to be regulated is set; and the set image regulation parameter is carried by the set command for regulating the image parameter and then is transmitted to the conference video terminal which is to be regulated. The invention also provides a system and a device for remote regulation of the image parameter on the conference video terminal. The system and the device, by applying the command for regulating the image parameter, realize the remote regulation of the image parameter of a camera of the conference video terminal, thus facilitating the utilization by the consumer and increasing the experience of the consumer.
