Abstract

A minitype explosion-proof speed reducing motor is arranged with an explosion-proof casing at the exterior of the minitype speed reducing motor. The explosion-proof casing is composed of an explosion-proof barrel and an end cap with a counterbored hole. The end cap is connected to the explosion-proof barrel through the explosion-proof screw adjoining plane IV, and the back end of the end cap is arranged with an explosion-proof type cable leading-in device. The front end of the explosion-proof barrel is arranged with a shaft hole and a fixing hole. The machine shaft traverses the shaft hole after covering with a prolonging sleeve. The fixing hole is installed with the screw and the hole-blocking plug for fixing the minitype speed reducing motor. An explosion-proof adjoining plane IV is arranged between the outer diameter of the prolonging sleeve and the explosion-proof barrel, and an explosion-proof adjoining plane III is arranged between the hole-blocking plug and the fixing hole. In this way the common minitype speed reducing motor and the outer explosion-proof casing and the explosion-proof type cable leading-in device form a minitype explosion-proof speed reducing motor.
