Abstract

A biomembrane-type internal circulation anaerobic reactor relates to an internal circulation anaerobic bioreactor. The bioreactor comprises a first reaction zone, a second reaction zone, an upspout, a downcomer and a gas-liquid separator, wherein upper parts of the first reaction zone and the second reaction zone are respectively provided with a three-phase separator. The internal circulation anaerobic bioreactor is characterized in that the upper 2/3 part of the first reaction zone is taken as a filler zone, while the lower 1/3 part is taken as a water distribution zone; meanwhile, a part from the upper part of the three-phase separator of the first reaction zone to the lower part of the three-phase separator of the second reaction zone is also taken as a filler zone; and the filler zones are provided with composite fillers. Because the bioreactor adopts biomembrane to replace granular sludge, the bioreactor is changed fundamentally compared with the prior internal circulation anaerobic reactor. The internal circulation anaerobic bioreactor has the advantages that the bioreactor greatly reduces the starting time of flocculent sludge, and can reach full load operation in approximately one month; the bioreactor is particularly suitable for treating waste water which can not form granular sludge; moreover, the volume load of the bioreactor is 2 to 3 times than that of a UASB reactor during treating similar waste water; and the bioreactor effectively solves the problem of sludge loss.
