Abstract

The invention relates to a portable magnetic memory detector for a drill rod, which is applied to nondestructive examination for a petroleum drill rod. The detector body is fixed with a magnetic memory sensor; a detector stander is provided with a right-angled steel plate of which the shape is of a right angle square; and the middle of the right-angled steel plate is fixed with a diaphragm plate on which a bearing and a roller are fixed. Two ends of the right-angled steel plate are fixed a motor box and an electric motor respectively. The outside of the right-angled steel plate is fixed with a split detecting ring. The magnetic memory sensor is fixed on the inner wall of the split detecting ring. A stroke sensor is arranged on the roller. The inner wall of the split detecting ring is provided with 16 magnetic memory sensors evenly. The portable magnetic memory detector has the advantages that the magnetic memory detector detects residual magnetic field intensity of the drill rod, provides a fire-new nondestructive examination method for the petroleum drill rod, provides data for evaluating surface damage of the drill rod, and plays a quite important role in reducing drilling accidents and ensuring drilling production safety.
