An embodiment of the invention relates to a data transmission, transfer and receiving method, a device thereof, a local area network establishing method and a device thereof, wherein the data transmission method comprises the following steps: allocating local area network address for the each terminal under a same base station; receiving the data which is transmitted by source terminal and carries the target local area network address; and transmitting the data to the target terminal which is corresponding with the target local area network address according to the target local area network address. The embodiment of the invention can allocate local area network for UE through eNB so that the source UE directly transmits data to the target UE through the eNB without forwarding the data which is transmitted by source UE through EPC, thereby saving the routing resource of EPC and reducing the dependence to EPC.
