Abstract

The invention discloses a bus priority signal timing method based on a running schedule with the adoption of a computer program. The method can solve the shortcoming that the prior bus priority signal timing technology does not take into account of bus punctuality rate, so as to realize the maximization of the punctuality rate of city buses. The method comprises the following steps of collecting information; calculating the bus travel time (T') and the delay degree (di) deviating from the schedule; utilizing the calculation and the current signal timing of an intersection to obtain the light color situation of the bus when arriving at a stop line and select the bus signal priority way according to the different light colors by a control center; calculating the total people delay variation (PI) of the intersection; and generating a new signal timing proposal by the control center. Wherein, the bus travel time comprises two parts of a bus dwell time (Td) and a bus drive time (T); the bus signal priority way comprises two priority ways of lighting a green light in advance and prolonging the time of the green light; and the total people delay is divided three parts of bus stop passenger delay, total bus vehicle people delay and total social vehicle people delay.
