The invention provides a service workflow process recognition method which comprises the following steps of: defining the flow recognition rules: establishing a process recognition tree according to a workflowXML file defined by a workflow definition module; resolving a reported process execution data message: receiving the actual execution data of the process captured by service customers, resolving the data and converting the received data into a unified node data format; using the defined recognition rules to implement process recognition on the processes to be recognized: implementing process recognition on the processes to be recognized according to the process recognition tree; storing the process recognition result: storing the recognized process into recognizable data and storingthe process recognition result into an appointed file; warning illegal process: and generating warning information on the process which can not be recognized in a recognition log. The invention can prevent the abnormality and distorting of the service workflow during the execution process.
