The invention relates to a health-care mattress, comprising an upper layer, a bottom layer and an interior core arranged between the upper layer and the bottom layer; wherein the upper layer comprises an anti-fouling fabric layer, an upper polyester silk layer, a lower polyester silk layer, a functional cotton layer and a polyester silk layer, and the lower polyester silk layer is provided with a plurality of flexible rod like permanent magnetic strips arranged at uniform intervals; the interior core comprises an upper non-woven fabric layer, an elastic sponge layer, a bridging layer and a lower non-woven fabric layer, the bridging layer is internally provided with a plurality of lines of cross permanent magnetic strips, and the elastic sponge layer is paved with a wool layer; and the bottom layer comprises a polyester silk layer, an elastic sponge layer and an anti-slip layer. The invention also relates to a manufacturing method of the health-care mattress. The 'far infrared ray, anion and silver ion' compound functional fiber adopted by the invention not only has bacteriostatic activity but also can permanently release far infrared ray and anion which are beneficial to human body; and the mattress of the invention also has a constant permanent magnetic field in certain strength and has favourable curative effect on acupuncture points of the human body.
