The culture comprises the following steps of: hybridizing monoecious North China type cucumbers CC3 with hologynic European greenhouse type cucumbers EC1 to obtain F1, and performing backcross between the F1 and theCC3; selecting hologynic single plants from backcross offspring to perform continuous backcross with monoecious cucumber parents CC3 for 7 generations; selecting hologynic single plants of BC7F1 to perform selfing; selecting hologynic single plants of BC7F2 to perform selfing continuously; and finally, selecting a strain of hologynic single plants of BC7F3, and performing mixed pollination on thecucumbers of the strain to obtain a new variety of the hologynic North China type cucumbers, namely the No.3 North China hologynic cucumber which has strong growth potential, high quality and high yield.
