A baffle plate in the machine partitions water in the machine into upper and lower parts when the machine runs, water above the baffle plate is used for rinsing and water below the baffle plate is stationary. A cleaning brush in the machine brushes impurities on the mop and the impurities fall into a sedimentation basin below the baffle plate for sedimentation. Therefore, water in the machine can be used repeatedly for days, a large number of precious water resources is saved and the defects of the conventional mop are overcome at the same time.
