The terminal comprises a micro control unit (MCU), an infrared induction probe for detecting whether an organism entering a power distribution room improperly exists or not, a door contact for detecting whether the door of the power distribution room is opened or not, a door control reader for swiping a card when a worker holding the card enters the power distribution room, a controlled electromagnetic door lock, a temperature and humidity measurement module, a module for detecting the operation condition of each equipment in the power distribution room, a GSM communication module, an exhaust fan, an air conditioning control module, a buzzer for giving an audio alarm, and a light-emitting diode (LED) lamp for indicating the state of the terminal and the power distribution room. The device takes the MCU and the GSM communication module as core devices, the unattendance of the power distribution room is realized through mature and reliable GSM short message communication and a series of detection and control modules, and the terminal has the function of recording daily routines.
