The invention discloses a thin bulk acoustic resonator (FBAR) filter and components thereof. The FBAR filter comprises an input terminal, an output terminal, n numbered serial modules and m numbered parallel modules, wherein the joint between each two of the input terminal, the n numbered serial modules and the output terminal is respectively connected with one end of one parallel module, and the other end of the each parallel module is grounded; each serial module and each parallel module respectively comprise x numbered parallel FBARs, x, m and n are natural numbers, and x is no less than 2; and the FBAR filter components successively comprise the input terminal, a first matching network, an FBAR filter bank formed by parallel connection of more than two FBAR filters, a second matching network and the output terminal. The FBAR filter and the components thereof have high power, and can satisfy the requirements of wireless equipment such as a base station and the like on power of FBAR filters.
