The data retrieval method comprises the following steps: retrieving the accessed data from the cloud storage data center according to an access request; acquiring data restoring information corresponding to the accessed data; and restoring the accessed data into the source data according to the data restoring information. The invention also provides the cloud storage data storage and retrieval device and system.
