[0038] Taking a 5*5 grid topology network as an example, node 0 is a gateway node, each node is equipped with 2 radio frequencies, and there are also 2 available orthogonal channels, that is, GW=0, R=K=2. P 0 Take 0.1, the link packet delivery rate between nodes is as follows Figure 4 As shown in , the link packet delivery rate of adjacent nodes is 90%, the link packet delivery rate of one node in the horizontal and vertical direction is 40%, and the link packet delivery rate of two nodes in the horizontal and vertical direction is 19% %, the link packet delivery rate between nodes on the diagonal is 77%, the link packet delivery rate of a node on the diagonal is 23%, and the three diagonals are 33%, 16% and 10% respectively . Dashed lines represent channel 1 and solid lines represent channel 2.

[0039] When there are two flows, 22 and 12 respectively, to the gateway node, the first flow uses channel 1, and the second flow uses channel 2. A new flow needs to be added fro...

Abstract

The invention provides a channel allocation mechanism suitable to be used by opportunistic routing to make the opportunistic routing make full use of multi-radio frequency multi-channel network resources. In the mechanism. a common channel distributing mode and a stream-based channel selection algorithm are adopted. By the algorithm, a channel interference status within the current neighboring range is collected, and the channel making path interference minimized is selected for each newly added stream to achieve purposes of balancing a channel resource load and maximizing throughput. The common channel allocation is no longer changed after the network is initialized, and is easy to implement; and by the stream-based channel selection, the repeated transmission problem which may be resulted from the use of different channels by a candidate node in the opportunistic routing in the negotiation process can be effectively prevented.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a channel allocation technology in a wireless network, in particular to a channel allocation mechanism for opportunistic routing in a multi-radio multi-channel wireless mesh network. Background technique [0002] Opportunistic routing is an emerging routing method in multi-hop wireless networks. It utilizes the nature of wireless media broadcasting and multi-user diversity, and does not determine the next hop of the route in advance, and directly broadcasts and sends data packets. There may be multiple neighboring nodes around them that can receive them correctly. data pack. Some kind of coordination is carried out between the nodes that receive the data packet, and one of the nodes that is "closest" to the destination node continues to forward it. Of course, not all nodes participate, and opportunistic routing selects some of them to participate according to certain rules. These selected neighbor nodes are called candidate no...
