The method comprises a time division duplex or frequency division duplex signal transmission method adopted by the downlink link and the uplink link, a networking method for reducing interference between cells by adopting an interleave division multiple access technology and a service method adopting a content and channel sharing based personal media service technology. The BRadio system in the invention supports multiple encoding methods and supports TDD (Time Division Duplex) or FDD (Frequency Division Duplex), can very flexibly configure radio resources, supports various channel environments and various multimedia and stream media services and supports wide-area coverage under high speed mobile environments.
