The invention discloses a microbial
organic fertilizer produced by using vinegar residues and a production process thereof, which belong to agricultural fertilizers and production methods thereof. Aiming at the adverse effects, caused by harmful substances in added
fly ash, on soil and
crop growth in the prior art, and the problems that the vinegar residues are not composted and fermented sufficiently and are difficult to implement factory
batch processing and commercial production, the production process produces a particle microbial
organic fertilizer by the following steps of: using the vinegar residues as main materials and
plant ash as an auxiliary material; adding
bacteria into the materials, mixing the materials, and then performing one primary (aerobic)
fermentation and two secondary (composting) fermentations on the mixture; and adding at least two types of effective living
bacteria into the fermented mixture, wherein the number of the effective living
bacteria (cfu) is more than or equal to 0.02 billion per
gram; the mixed bacteria ratio is less than 30 percent; the
organic matter content is not lower than 50 percent; the total
nutrient (N+P2O5+K2O) content is not lower than 6.0 percent; the
moisture content is less than 20 percent; the pH value is 5.0 to 8.0; the particle microbial
organic fertilizer meets harmless index requirements; and the
fineness is more than or equal to 80.0 percent. The microbial organic
fertilizer and the production process thereof open up an important way for changing waste into valuable to solve the big problem, which is difficult to treat in the vinegar industry, that the vinegar residues are large in quantity, contain a large amount of fibers, have ultrahigh acidity and can cause environmental pollutions easily.
