The micro-satellite solar wing spreading and locking device comprises a male windlass, a female windlass, a connecting mechanism, a spreading device, a locking mechanism and a signal switch, wherein the male windlass comprises a first flat plate as well as first connecting ringsand end connecting cylinders fixedly arranged at two ends of the first flat plate; the female windlass comprises a second flat plate as well as second connecting rings and end connecting pieces fixedly arranged at two ends of the second flat plate; the connecting mechanism is used for connecting the male windlass with the female windlass, the male windlass and the female windlass oppositely rotate around a center shaft, and when the male windlass and the female windlass rotate to form a maximum angle, the first flat plate and the second flat plate are positioned in the same plane; the spreading device is used for spreading the male windlass and the female windlass, the spreading device is a torsion spring sleeved on the center shaft, and extending structures at two sides of the torsion spring are respectively in contact with the upper end surface of the first flat plate and the upper end surface of the second flat plate; the locking mechanism is used for locking the relative positionsof the male windlass and the female windlass when a solar wing is spread; and the signal switch is used for providing a signal for indicating that the solar wing is spread in place.
