Embodiment Construction

[0038] Hereinafter, embodiments of the MRI apparatus will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, the embodiment of MRI is not limited to the structure shown below. For example, in the embodiments shown below, the case of imaging blood flow images has been described, but the present invention can be similarly implemented in the case of imaging fluid images showing the flow of other fluids (for example, cerebrospinal fluid, etc.). .

[0039] The MRI apparatus of the present embodiment includes a data acquisition unit, an image reconstruction unit, a reference image generation unit, and a fluid image generation unit. The data collection unit provides a difference in magnitude of longitudinal magnetization between the upstream portion and the inside of the imaging region by applying RF waves to the upstream portion of the imaging region, or applying RF waves only to the imaging region. The image reconstruction unit reconstructs a plurali...

Abstract

Provided is an MRI apparatus. In the MRI apparatus, a data collection unit repetitively performs a tag mode of applying an RF wave to at least an upstream portion of an imaging area to perform fluid labeling of a fluid flown into the imaging area and, after a lapse of an inversion time from application of the RF wave, performing magnetic resonance data collection, while changing the inversion time. An image reconstruction unit reconstructs a plurality of tag images corresponding to a plurality of different inversion times based on the magnetic resonance data collected in the tag mode. A reference image generation unit generates a reference image based on the plurality of the tag images. A fluid image generation unit generates a subtraction image between each of the tag images and the reference image as a fluid image.

Description

[0001] The present invention is based on a Japanese invention patent application with an application date of February 12, 2010 and an application number of 2010-029049 and a Japanese invention patent application with an application date of February 7, 2011 and an application number of 2011-024332. The priority of these earlier patent applications, and all the technical contents of these earlier patent applications are included in the present invention. technical field [0002] Embodiments relate to Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) devices. Background technique [0003] The MRI apparatus magnetically excites the nuclear spin (spin) of a subject placed in a static magnetic field by an RF (Radio Frequency) pulse (pulse) of a Larmor frequency, and generates a spin according to the excitation. A device that reconstructs an image representing the inside of the subject by reconstructing the magnetic resonance signal of the object. Furthermore, conventionally, there is a method of ...
