Embodiment Construction

[0029] Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.

[0030] figure 1 A tire for a car, for example, is shown as a pneumatic tire (hereinafter, sometimes simply referred to as a "tire") 1 according to the present embodiment. A tread portion 2 of the tire 1 is provided with a longitudinal groove 3 extending continuously in the tire circumferential direction, and a plurality of lateral grooves 4 intersecting the longitudinal groove 3 and spaced apart in the tire circumferential direction. Accordingly, on the tread portion 2, a plurality of blocks 5 defined by the longitudinal groove 3 and the lateral groove 4 are spaced apart in the tire circumferential direction.

[0031] In addition, the tread portion 2 of the present embodiment includes a one-side area T1 located on one side of the tire equator C and an other-side area T2 located on the other side of the tire equator C, and has a direction for specifying the tire rotation dire...

Abstract

The present invention relates to a pneumatic tire capable of improving snow and ice performances as well as noise performance. Shoulder pattern blocks are spacedly arranged on the tread portion of the pneumatic tire along the circumference of the tire. The shoulder pattern blocks are formed and divided by a pair of shoulder longitudinal grooves extending at the side closest to the tread ground end along the circumference of the tire, and by shoulder horizontal grooves extending between the tread ground end and the shoulder longitudinal grooves. Multiple reference space elements are configured and formed on the tread portion at two sides of the tire equator respectively along the circumference of the tire. The reference space element is formed by a space reference line, the tread ground end and the tire equator in a surrounding manner, wherein the space reference line runs through an intersection point between the shoulder longitudinal grooves and the shoulder horizontal grooves at one side edge portion of the circumference of the tire and is orthogonal to the tire equator surface. The reference space elements include at least two reference space elements with different tire circumferential lengths. In addition, each reference space element at least has a pin hole for mounting a pin.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a pneumatic tire capable of improving performance on snow, performance on ice, and noise resistance. Background technique [0002] For example, Patent Document 1 below proposes a stud-type pneumatic tire for improving running performance on icy and snowy roads by attaching pins made of metal or the like to blocks provided on a tread portion. In such a pneumatic tire, a plurality of pin holes for attaching pins are provided in advance in the treads of the blocks. [0003] Patent Document 1: International Publication No. WO2004 / 103738 Pamphlet [0004] However, the above-mentioned pneumatic tires are provided with studs only in consideration of the existing performance on ice and snow, and little consideration is given to the noise generated by the studs. Contents of the invention [0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above actual situation, and its main purpose is to provide a pneumatic tire in ...
