The invention provides a vehicle tire pressure monitoring system based on LoRa and eMTC and a using method. The vehicle tire pressure monitoring system comprises a tire pressure monitoring intelligent sensor and an intelligent receiving display screen. The two low-power-consumption communication technologies of LoRa and eMTC are combined, a low-power-consumption microprocessor is adopted, accordingly, long-time power supply can be achieved by using a button battery or a small solar module, positioning can be achieved to obtain the vehicle position without adding a GPS module, and vehicle using safety is further improved. A tire temperature and pressure monitoring device is independent from a vehicle, and installation, use and maintenance are quite convenient; and monitoring data can be remotely transmitted to a remote cloud platform and stored, and historical data can be conveniently traced in the follow-up process. The hardware cost is low, and the external structure can be designed to be quite small.
