Problems solved by technology
my country's vast territory, complex terrain, diverse climate, long history of agricultural production, and advanced farming system have produced exceptionally rich crop genetic resources. The cytoplasmic male sterile line commonly used in sugar beet breeding is mainly the S-type cytoplasmic male sterile line (S-CMS) discovered by Owen. With the passage of breeding time, the problems of narrow genetic lineage and simplification of genetic resources are becoming more and more serious. The more prominent, the breeding of new cytoplasmic male sterile lines with different genetic backgrounds has become the goal of many sugar beet genetic breeders in the world today

Embodiment Construction
[0006] Utilizing the research work on the dominant genes of wild beet disease resistance and adapting to the adverse external environment, wild beet B.patulaAit. and sugar beet Fan 18-8 were selected as breeding materials, and the wild Sterile material of sugar beet B. patula Ait cytoplasm. After fertility variation selection, granular variation selection and cytological identification, it was confirmed as a new cytoplasmic male sterile line. The beet novel cytoplasmic male sterile (M-CMS) line is a male sterile line containing wild beet cytoplasm, which is obtained by separating and screening in a hybridized descendant with a core substitution and separation selection method by hybridizing wild beet seed B.maritima L. with sugar beets by the Heilongjiang University. The male sterile line is cultured into a single-seed cytoplasm male sterile line (M-CMS) with the wild beet B.maritima L. cytoplasm by multiple improvements. The scientific research result can adopt the cytoplasm male sterile line with the proprietary intellectual property rights as a hybridized carrier for genetic improvement and for widening the genetic basis of the Chinese beet so as to culture and combine to obtain the new beet varieties with the excellent genetic resource. According to the implementation of the invention item, the Chinese beet seed culturing work is not limited by others on the genetic basis, and is improved on the genetic diversity to a large extent.
Description
technical field [0001] Cytoplasmic male sterility is currently the main carrier and way of utilizing heterosis in various crops. The research team of Yuan Longping, the father of hybrid rice in the world, successfully bred the first male sterile line and maintainer line by using a male sterile wild rice plant "Yebai" found by a small pond in a marshland in Hainan. Afterwards, a restorer line was bred to achieve a three-line combination, which made the first hybrid combination "Nanyou 2" with strong advantages come out successfully. The utilization of cytoplasmic male sterile lines has become the main way and method of crop genetic breeding. At present, sterile materials have been found from wild beet Betamaritima L. abroad, but there is no report on the research and breeding of sterile lines; the cytoplasmic sterile materials derived from leaf beet B.cicla L. have been reported. At present, my country does not have its own and recognized sugar beet cytoplasmic male sterile l...
