Embodiment Construction

[0024] The present invention provides a metamaterial radome, comprising at least one metamaterial sheet 1, such as figure 1 and figure 2 shown. Each metamaterial sheet 1 includes two opposite substrates and an array of artificial microstructures attached between the two substrates. When there are multiple metamaterial sheets 1, each metamaterial sheet 1 is superimposed along the direction perpendicular to the sheets, and assembled into a whole by mechanical connection, welding or bonding, such as figure 2 shown.

[0025] image 3 A schematic diagram of the disassembled structure of a metamaterial sheet is shown. Including at least one metamaterial sheet 1, each metamaterial sheet 1 includes two identical uniform and equal-thick sheet substrates: a first substrate 10 and a second substrate 20 that are oppositely arranged, and the first substrate 10 faces Artificial microstructures 30 arranged in an array are attached to the surface of the second substrate 20;

Abstract

The invention relates to a metamaterial antenna housing which comprises at least one metamaterial sheet layer, wherein each metamaterial sheet layer comprises a first substrate and a second substrate which are oppositely arranged, wherein at least one artificial micro structure is attached on the surface of the first substrate, which faces towards the second substrate, the artificial micro structure comprises four branches sharing an intersection joint, one end of any one branch is connected with the intersection joint, the other end of the branch is a free end, the branch comprises at least one bending part, and any branch sequentially clockwise rotates for 90 DEG, 180 DEG and 270 DEG with the joint as a rotating center and respectively coincides with other three branches. Through attaching the artificial micro structure with a special shape on the substrate, needed electromagnetic response is obtained, so that wave transparent performance of the metamaterial antenna housing is enhanced, and antijamming capability is increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to radome, and more particularly, to a metamaterial radome. Background technique [0002] Metamaterials, commonly known as metamaterials, are a new type of synthetic material, which is composed of a substrate made of non-metallic materials and multiple artificial microstructures attached to the surface of the substrate or embedded in the interior of the substrate. The substrate can be virtually divided into multiple substrate units arranged in a rectangular array. Each substrate unit is attached with artificial microstructures to form a metamaterial unit. The entire metamaterial is composed of many such metamaterial units, just like Crystals are composed of countless crystal lattices arranged in a certain way. The artificial microstructures on each metamaterial unit may or may not be identical. Artificial microstructures are planar or three-dimensional structures with certain geometric figures composed of metal wires, su...
