The power supply device is characterized in that the energy in a temperature field is converted into the rotational kinetic energy of an output shaft in the power supply device by utilizing the difference of the ambient temperatures of the upper part and the lower part of the shape memory alloy. Compared with the traditional overland long-distance power transmission mode, in the power supply device, the difficulty for realizing on the engineering is greatly reduced; and compared with power supply by a storage battery, in the power supply device, the energy in the temperature field near a submarine volcanic vent can be continuously converted into electric energy for a long time, and the technical difficulty for periodical replacement of the storage battery is reduced.
