The biological safety constant-temperature vibratory cultivating box comprises a box body, a vibrating device, a vibrating power system and an air conditioning device, wherein the vibrating device is arranged in the box body; a door is arranged on the box body; a fan and a filter are arranged in the box body; the interior of the box body is partitioned into an operation area, a bottom air duct and a side air duct by partition boards; the bottom air duct is positioned below the operation area; the side air duct is positioned at one side part of the operation area; the upper part of the side air duct is communicated with the operation area; the lower part of the side air duct is communicated with the bottom air duct; and the bottom air duct is communicated with the operation area. According to the invention, the gas in the box body is enabled to flow circularly through the fan, and aerosol in the gas is filtered by the filter, so that the aerosol in the box body can be effectively eliminated. The biological safety constant-temperature vibratory cultivating box disclosed by the invention can prevent cross infection of test specimen, and is an ideal instrument for cell and microorganism culture as well as biological and chemical specimen tests.
