Abstract

A method for stacking ceramic tiles belongs to the field of ceramic pile storage. The ceramic tiles are packaged to form single tile cones. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly, arraying and leaning a certain amount of tile cones together to form ceramic tile container packs and carrying out fastening treatment on the ceramic tile container packs to ensure that the ceramic tile container packs cannot be loosened; secondly, feeding the ceramic tile container packs into a stacking area, enabling bottom edge surfaces of the ceramic tile container packs to face downwards and arraying various ceramic tile container packs together and stacking a first layer; and thirdly, placing the bottom edges surfaces of the subsequent ceramic tile container packs facing downwards on the next layer of ceramic tile container packs and stacking a second layer or more layers. According to the method disclosed by the invention, due to the adoption of a mode of stacking by binding the tile cones together to form the container packs, the stacking layer number of the tiles can be greatly increased and the stack collapse is avoided; and the warehousing space is effectively utilized, so that the warehousing cost of a ceramic producing plants is greatly reduced.
