According to the solar water quality improving machine provided by the invention, the solar power assembly, the bottom layer flocculent sludge absorption and discharge assembly and the like are assembled together by using solar photovoltaic power; flocculent bottom mud at a bottom layer of a water bodyis absorbed and discharged to a surface layer of the water body by using the solar photovoltaic power; the discharge amount of flocculent sludge at the bottom layer is controlled by using the illumination as a condition index, so that the sedimentation of the bottom mud of the water body is reduced; organics decomposition and nutrient release in the sludge can be promoted; the nutrient balance ofthe water body is adjusted; the water quality is improved; the sedimentation pollution is reduced; and the level of productive capacity of the water body is improved.
