The network topology based set-top box file distributing method is safer than the Fast Replica algorithm in the aspect of performance in case nodes are not much adequate from designing of the topological structure to realizing of the algorithm, or file distributing of the integral system is slightly affected when some node is disconnected or unpredicted faults are caused, so that the system is stronger in robustness.
