Embodiment 1

[0030] Example 1: Weigh 23g of Chinese horseshoe root, 23g of Dandelion, 18g of Danmu, 18g of Qinpi, 9g of Xiaosankezhen, 18g of Atractylodes macrocephala, 16g of Radix Paeoniae Rubra, 18g of Xiaohongren, 8g of Rhubarb, and 13g of Caoguo. Make an enema according to a conventional method. Before the enema, shake well and take out 90ml of the liquid medicine each time. The temperature of the liquid medicine and the temperature of the human body should be adapted. Keep the enema, once a night. Before going to bed, instruct the patient to empty the stool, lie on the left side, and adjust the body position according to the lesions of the intestinal segment seen by the colonoscopy.

Abstract

The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition used for treating ulcerative colitis. Ulcerative colitis (UC) is an inflammatory disease happening at colon and rectum parts. The causes of UC are complicated, and UC is one of clinical incurable diseases. The disease is caused by intrinsic dampness. Evils of dampness and heat toxin attack the intestines, and a struggle is held between the vital energy and the evils. Under the struggle, even intestinal mucosa carbuncle ulcers are caused. Aiming at the problem, the medicine composition provided by the invention adopts traditional Chinese medicines with heat clearing, dampness eliminating, and pain prioritizing functions, such as large angiopteris rhizome, dandelion, medicinal fatheadtree stem and bark, ash bark, wilson barberry root, largehead atractylodes rhizome, red peony root, hispid Chinese knotweed root, rhubarb, and tsao-ko amomum fruit. The traditional Chinese medicines are prepared into an enema. As a result of clinical experiments in our hospital, a total effective rate reaches 96.7%. The total effective rate and clinical improvement conditions are better than a control group. Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is worthy of clinical application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating ulcerative colitis. Background technique [0002] Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic colitis of unknown etiology, with an incidence rate of 5 out of 10,000. The incidence rate in my country is lower than that in foreign countries, but there is an upward trend in recent years. The treatment of ulcerative colitis is mainly the oral and rectal administration of sulfasalazine (SASP) and 5-aminosalicylic acid (5-ASA) at present. Because the oral dosage is large, it is easy to cause more side effects. Lesions located in the distal colon have been treated orally with limited efficacy. Oral 5-ASA slow-release agent has certain curative effect, but the price is high, and patients cannot afford it for long-term use. Through clinical observation, we believe that the retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine compo...
