The method specifically comprises the following steps of: enabling a zone control system to acquire the position of the signaler and the external section of the signaler; judging whether the external section of the signaler is in an occupied state or not, if so, determining the position of a train which is closest to the signaler; and judging whether the head and the tail of the train cross the signaler or not according to a position relation between the train and the signaler, computing to generate a corresponding signaler trans-voltage command, sending the signaler trans-voltage command to an interlock which corresponds to the zone control system, and controlling a moment when the signaler is switched from an enabling signal to an inhibiting signal by using the interlock. Due to the adoption of the method, undesired emergency brake of the train is avoided, the running efficiency of the train in a CBTC (Communication Based Train Control) mode is increased, and running of multiple rows of CBTC trains in the same route or the same zone is realized.
