The invention discloses a device for supporting customization and running of software-as-a-service (SaaS) application processes. The device comprises a tenant perception agent module, a process description module, a process data mapping module, an execution manager and an original process engine, wherein the execution manager comprises a process deployment module, a process creation module and a process running module. The invention also discloses a method for supporting the customization and the running of the SaaS application processes. The device and method support loose coupling of process construction and business services; a developer only needs to develop basic business services; tenants are supported by the device to orchestrate complicated business processes, and thus, current process information can be automatically acquired to realize process variable access and driving of the business processes; mapping and isolation of processes of multiple tenants are realized; the device and method support that multiple tenants share one process engine; the processes of the tenants are not disturbed mutually; and software resources are fully utilized.
