Abstract

A method for breeding a double-limitation multi-silk-quantity domestic silkworm breed includes the following steps: using a multi-silk-quantity breed for spring 'Jingsong' as a recurrent parent, conducting hybridization to a stripe sex-limited character donor parent through a sex-limited breed '755' female individual which is saved as a source, and then obtaining a sex-limited breed JsQXian; using a multi-silk-quantity breed for spring 'Haoyue' as a recurrent parent, conducting hybridization to the stripe sex-limited character donor parent through the sex-limited breed '755' female individual which is saved as the source to conduct economical character selection to each generation in the breeding process, and then obtaining a sex-limited breed HyQXian; enabling the target material JsQXian and the target material HyQXian to conduct hybridization, and then directly obtaining the double-limitation multi-silk-quantity domestic silkworm breed.
